What happens when I use this website?
By accessing or booking through bookmytravelin.com, you agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions. Any violation may result in legal action.
Booking & Payment Policy
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Discover and major debit/credit cards.
Is full payment required?
Yes. Full payment must be made before booking confirmation.
Are fares guaranteed?
Fares are subject to airline availability. If fare increases due to airline or system errors, Book My Travelin reserves the right to cancel the ticket.
Flight Cancellation Charges
Cancellation within 24 Hours
Economy Domestic: $50
Economy International: $150
Business Domestic: $100
Business International: $200

*Airline penalties may apply additionally.
Cancellation Beyond 24 Hours
Economy Domestic: Penalty + $50 (Future Credit)
Economy International: Penalty + $75
Business Domestic: Penalty + $100
Business International: Penalty + $350

Airline rules apply.
Handling Fee
A $50 handling fee applies for partial or full refunds.
Holiday Package Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60+ Days Before Departure
25% of tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation 30 Days Before Departure
50% of tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation 15 Days Before Departure
100% of tour cost will be charged.
Refund Policy
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed only after receiving cancellation confirmation from airline/supplier.
How long does refund take?
Processed within 72 hours after airline approval.
Credit cards: up to 72 hours.
Net banking: up to 7 days.
Wallet Refund Policy
Wallet balances cannot be transferred to bank but may be used for future bookings.
Airline Insolvency / Bankruptcy
What if airline becomes bankrupt?
Book My Travelin is not liable for refunds if airline ceases operations or becomes insolvent.
